Some our bumpy others are smooth. Only recently, I&#8217;ve decided to learn more about Yoga as I was aware I know nothing, but still through my practice with limited knowledge I&#8217;ve felt profoundly changed. Experiencing Yoga Teacher Training opened this vast new horizon for me. I am forever grateful. Of all of the asanas(poses) under the Yoga tree Shavasana, many say, is the hardest. Lying still &amp; absorbing the practice. This Shavasana video is one of the projects I&#8217;ve had to make for my YTT. The vulnerability it caused was beyond what I ever expected.
